AI Discovery & Scoping Session
Understand where AI can make a difference in your business
Most businesses know AI is worth exploring. What they don’t know is where to start, what’s actually possible for their team, and what would give them the best return on their time and investment.
Our AI Discovery & Scoping Session is a structured, facilitated conversation designed to map your current workflows, identify your biggest opportunities, and give you a clear picture of what AI can realistically do for your business.
No tech jargon. No generic pitch. Just a honest look at where you are and what’s possible.

You don't have to "AI everything". You just need to know what's worthwhile.
Most businesses aren’t short on AI tools – they’re short on a clear view of which workflows actually warrant automation, which problems are genuinely solvable, and where the effort-to-impact ratio makes sense.
The discovery session gives you that clarity. We sit with your team, map the reality of how work gets done today, identify where time and effort are being lost, and translate that into a set of practical, prioritised recommendations – specific to your tools, your team, and your goals.
The result isn’t a generic AI roadmap. It’s a scoping report built around your business.
A complete picture of your AI opportunity, tailored to your team.
We handle the discovery, the strategy, and the build – so you can move from “where do we start?” to a working solution without the guesswork.
Workflow Mapping
We work through how your team actually operates day-to-day – identifying where time is lost, where effort is duplicated, and where the friction sits.
Opportunity Identification
We pinpoint the workflows, tasks, and processes with the highest potential for AI or automation – ranked by impact and feasibility.
Tool & Platform Guidance
We cut through the noise and recommend tools that fit your existing environment – whether that’s Microsoft, Google, or something else entirely.
Scoping Report
You receive a structured written report summarising findings, opportunities, and a recommended implementation pathway – so nothing gets lost after the session.
Implementation & Custom Build
Once scoping is complete, we can build it for you. From custom GPTs to full automation builds and system integrations – we handle the technical work, document the workflows, and hand it over with a training session so your team can own it from day one.

Four Steps From Uncertainty To A Clear AI Direction
Step One
Pre-Session Discovery
Before we meet, we send a questionnaire to understand your team structure, current tools, and the areas you most want to explore.
Step Two
The Discovery Session
A facilitated 60-90 minute session – run face-to-face or virtually – where we map workflows, explore pain points, and identify where AI and automation can create the most meaningful change.
Step Three
Scoping & Analysis
We take what we’ve learned and translate it into a structured analysis – assessing each opportunity against effort, impact, and your team’s readiness to adopt.
Step Four
Your AI Report
You receive a written AI Opportunities Report: a plain-English document covering key observations, specific AI use cases, tool recommendations, and a prioritised implementation pathway.
Ongoing Support
Any training is only as effective as the effort that goes into reflection and implementation. In fact, 70-80% of what is learned is forgotten within 48 hours if proper memory retention measures aren’t in place. For this reason, we help your teams create individual plans to adjust out of old habits and into ah-ha moments, can offer one-to-one coaching based on development goals, and can host group coaching sessions to delve into experiences and challenges of implementing these new ideas, with the support and guidance of a skilled facilitator.
Holistic Approach
We accommodate all industries for our recruitment training and adapt to suit the experience levels of the people in the room. Whether you have a group of entry-level Recruiters, a handful of highly experienced Seniors, or a combination of multiple skill levels, our training caters to all; everyone will leave taking away actionable insights for their role moving forward. We foster engagement across different learning styles, provide a highly interactive training experience where everyone is encouraged to get involved and keep the sessions upbeat and practical to retain high levels of engagement.
Relationship Building
We know that people learn best when they’re having fun, feel like they’re safe to share, are able to give things a go without fear of embarrassment, where it’s ok to get things wrong, and where all ideas are valid. We make sure to build positive relationships with all attendees so that they feel heard, feel that their unique challenges are understood, and that the person facilitating the session cares about their growth. This inspires attendees to be open to participating actively, to try new ways without feeling threatened, and to support their fellow colleagues in the room.
The Three Pillars of of Our Discovery Approach
Discovery-First, Not Tool-First
We map the problem before recommending the solution.
We don’t arrive with a predetermined tool or vendor in mind. Every session starts with your workflows, your pain points, and your goals – so the recommendations actually fit.
Practical, Not Theoretical
Real use cases. Real workflows. Real impact.
Our recommendations are grounded in what’s actually deployable within your existing environment. We focus on what will work for your team right now – not a best-case scenario that requires a full IT overhaul.
End-to-End If You Want It
From discovery all the way through to a working solution.
Some clients take the report and implement quick wins themselves. Others want us to build it for them. Either way works – there’s no pressure to proceed beyond the scoping phase, but if you do, we handle the full build, integration, and handover.
Insights That Are Specific.
Recommendations That Are Actionable.
No Generic Recommendations
Every opportunity identified is specific to your team’s workflows, tools, and operating environment – not copy-pasted from a one-size-fits-all AI framework.
Your Team Stays in Control
We work with your team through the process – not around them. The session is collaborative, and the report reflects the conversations that actually happened.
Clarity Before Commitment
You’ll know exactly what you’re considering before any investment is made in tools, platforms, or implementation resources.
A Document You Can Actually Use
The scoping report is structured to be shared internally – with leadership, IT, or finance – so you can build the case and move forward with confidence. We can also help with the setup of these automations, but you can look to do them yourself too!
Real Replies.
Real Businesses.
Real Pipeline.

AI Discovery & Scoping FAQ’s
Curious about the AI Discovery & Scoping session and whether it’s right for your business?
Here we answer the most common questions so you can feel confident taking the next step.
Who is this session for?
Any business that wants a clear, honest picture of where AI can genuinely help – and where it can’t. We work across all industries and all team sizes, from small operators to large corporate teams.
How long does the session take?
The session itself runs 60-90 minutes. Including the pre-session questionnaire and post-session report, the full process typically takes one to two weeks from first conversation to delivery.
Do I need to have AI tools already in place?
No. In fact, many of our engagements are with teams who haven’t started yet. The session works equally well for businesses at the very beginning of their AI journey and those already using tools who want to understand what else is possible.
What does the report look like?
You’ll receive a structured written document covering key observations from the session, a breakdown of specific AI and automation opportunities, tool and platform guidance, and a recommended implementation pathway broken into short, medium, and long-term priorities.
Do you implement the recommendations as well?
Yes – we offer implementation support, training, and hands-on workshops as follow-on services. Many clients move from the scoping report directly into a tailored AI training program for their team.
How much does it cost?
The discovery session and scoping report is available as a standalone engagement. Pricing is confirmed after an initial conversation, as it depends on team size and session format. Get in touch and we’ll give you a clear number upfront – no surprises.
Can you build and implement the solutions for us?
Yes. Once the scoping report is complete, you have the option to proceed with implementation. We build the automations, create any custom GPTs, and integrate with your existing systems – whether that’s Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, a CRM, or something else. Every build comes with documented workflows and a handover session. Implementation is scoped project-by-project or on an hourly basis depending on complexity. There’s no obligation to proceed – some clients take the report and handle quick wins internally – but the option is there if you want it done properly.
