Linda has spent more than 20 years helping people become more confident, connected and effective at work. Her experience spans senior learning, talent and leadership roles with KPMG Australia and PwC, alongside facilitation for government, corporate and SME clients. She was also selected for KPMG Australia’s Associate Facilitator Pool, where she delivered leadership experiences for managers, senior leaders and executives.

Drawing on her training in organisational and brain-based coaching, Linda combines behavioural science with a whole human approach that considers the mental, emotional, physical and relational factors influencing how people communicate, respond under pressure and perform. Her perceptive and intuitive facilitation style allows her to read the room, respond to group dynamics and create learning that feels deeply human and immediately relevant.

Linda facilitates sessions across leadership and people management, communication and influence, emotional intelligence, trust, coaching skills for leaders, feedback, psychological safety, resilience, inclusion, team effectiveness and client relationships. She brings warmth, candour, creativity and humour to experiential sessions grounded in real workplace challenges, leaving participants with greater self-awareness, stronger relationships and practical tools they can apply immediately.
