Elevate Corporate Training is a collection of passionate professionals dedicated to improving performance of individuals and teams within organisations. We believe by improving performance we can create better bottom lines, happier and healthier staff and build communities where people
engage with each other in high functioning relationships.
We are corporate trainers but we are not so corporate. All facilitators at Elevate have real world experience; running businesses, managing teams, selling products and services. We put people first.
Results for us do not mean running as many workshops per year as possible. Our greatest win is receiving a note from a business or delegate that says how much positive impact we have had on an organisation or even an individual’s life. We keep this front of mind in all of our interactions.
At Elevate we believe in the potential of people. Our goal is to remove the interference that is stopping people from reaching their potential. We do this through our comprehensive, practical and engaging training and coaching programs.
We do not believe one size fits all. Our ability to understand the needs of a business and deliver effective programs and workshops sets us apart from other training organisations. We have a “nothing off the shelf” mentality meaning everything is designed around the needs of the business
and its people.

Cameron Elliot is the founder and head coach and facilitator at Elevate Corporate Training. He is a certified organisational coach, having studied and successfully completed his certification at the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership. He developed his people skills from a career in sales and sales management with iconic Australian brands such as Network 7 and ACP Magazines. He ran large sales teams across multiple countries for Reed Business Information before leaving in 2013 to pursue his passion in people development.
Cam believes that a coach’s role is to uncover the potential that lies within the counterpart he is coaching. He believes that by helping others find the solutions to their problems, rather than telling them the solutions totheir problems, they become more empowered and are more likely to own their destiny.
He is passionate about seeing people grow and has worked with a large range of professionals – from start ups to fortune 500 businesses. He has coached solopreneurs, whole executive teams, CEOs and VPs.
He brings a unique mix of business acumen, sales expertise, entrepreneurial mentality and passion for life that inspires and teaches those around him to be successful, not only in their business but in their life goals and dreams.
Cam’s true specialty is aligning the revenue generation goals of a business with those tasked in achieving them. From Sales Support to Sales Director, Cam has “been there and done that” and now coaches other businesses and individuals to achieve financial success and occupational fulfillment.
He also loves surfing, fishing and craft beer, perhaps not even in that order.
Kate Barry is an experienced sales leader, educator and enabler. A successful 11-year career in sales and sales management has been fuelled by her passion for helping people and organisations identify and realise their potential.
Kate has managed sales reps and managers across a diverse range of industries during her time as Group Sales Manager at Reed Business Information,and has worked with some of the Australia’s largest organisations as an Enterprise Account Executive at LinkedIn.
Kate understands that the people in your business are your greatest asset. In the past 5 years Kate’s work at LinkedIn has seen her consulting to executives, HR and people leaders on how to best engage their talent.
Kate was one of the first LinkedIn employees in Australia to join the Lynda.com team,post acquisition, and helped launch the LinkedIn Learning solution to the Australian and New Zealand market. Kate believes in customising a learning experience, leveraging a range of content, and staying agile when it comes to your development.

After building a career that has spanned agencies and networks across multiple continents, as well as managing millions of dollars in ad revenue, Fiona built a strong reputation across the Australian media sales industry for building and leading one of the strongest sales teams in the industry. As a Group Business Director she was instrumental in negotiating deals across the Nine Entertainment Company platform whilst overseeing a national portfolio of agencies worth over $135 million in annual ad revenue.
Whilst running her sales team, her responsibility also extended to the management and facilitation of the Nine Entertainment Company National Sales Training Program.
Fiona operates with three core values in mind – positive attitude, optimism and hard work – and it’s these qualities that sets her apart as a facilitator.
Mentoring up-and-coming talent
While great results are the end goal, mentoring and sharing knowledge with the team was always a crucial part of Fiona’s role. Her leadership style is very open – she shares knowledge freely and make a conscious effort to pass on her learnings. Ultimately, what makes her happy is to see her team promoted and achieving their full potential.
As a training and development consultant, Fiona’s style is to guide and facilitate rather than dictate. She strives to develop her delegates to be highly qualified all-rounders, equipped to sell across all NEC properties and any additional platforms the business acquires.
Fiona’s foundation: passion & tenacity
From the get-go, as an eager sales assistant at Channel Seven 19 years ago, Fiona has been passionate about her work. Her early days at Seven were defined by the significant responsibility she was given at a young age - negotiating deals with notoriously demanding clients who had high expectations. Those first few years were a crash course in conflict resolution and client relations – laying the foundation for the work ethic that now defines her approach of professionalism, precision and great people skills.
Julia Lee is a highly experienced consultant and leader who has partnered with clients worldwide on the delivery of impactful solutions. She has a passion for supporting individuals and organisations to build best practice capability with the ability to utilise diverse approaches and platforms.
She had an incredibly successful career in sales and management with roles such as Senior Sales Leader at Emap UK and Performance Director at Reed Business Information before a permanent move into training and development. Her market leading clients as a trainer have included: The Economist Group, Newscorp, Indeed.com, Jaguar Land Rover, Coca – Cola Amatil, Unilever, Reed Elsevier, Pfizer, Novartis, Clearchannel and Australian Radio Network.
Julia is accredited in MBTI*, Lsi 1 and 2*, and is a fully qualified Executive Coach. Her expertise includes, training design and methodology, delivery of stretching, impactful workshops, program measurement and business impact, consulting, training the trainer, talent acquisition and recruitment, sales and sales performance and executive coaching.
Darren Saul is a seasoned recruiter with over 20 years experience in the business. He is also a dedicated and passionate recruitment trainer.
Originally starting in the industry as an employee he quickly joined forces with a few colleagues to build a very successful recruitment company. Now for close to 10 years he has been the sole-director and recruiter of his Sydney-based boutique specialist recruitment consultancy servicing long-standing clients as their “trusted advisor” and “recruitment partner”.
Darren believes we are in a serious period of quality talent shortage and this will only continue to progress in years to come. Success in recruitment nowadays is about sophisticated marketing, branding, sales, influencing, and relationships as well as relentless AND consistent process.
Darren loves people and loves to share the insights, stories and knowledge he has gained over the years. He is passionate about helping others develop, get results and feel fulfilled as recruiters and “talent magnets”.
His fascination with human interaction and behaviour is what drives him to be the best recruiter and trainer he can possibly be!
