Evolve is an interactive training program for experienced Recruiters, designed to help them gain confidence in building stronger relationships, make more placements, manage outcomes effectively, and stand out from their competition.

What’s involved?

The Evolve Training Program helps Consultants – and your business – stay current through its use of market knowledge and industry trends from leading recruitment experts. As such, the content of the course is continuously updated, ensuring fresh and relevant information is added in as new technologies, methods or industry trends develop.

  • Enrolled Recruiters will explore 12 complex recruitment topics in fortnightly interactive, 90-minute virtual sessions over a 6 month period.
  • Attendees contribute ideas, ask questions and problem solve with their group. They will have access to our eLearning platform which gives access to useful templates and embeds training.
  • Each session has breakout rooms, activities, quizzes to guarantee maximum interaction with the material to improve participants’ recall and retention.
  • A variety of advanced recruitment topics are explored such as; “Optimising LinkedIn & Social Branding”, “Managing the Offer Process” and “Mastering Negotiation”.
  • Bonus Content:
    • Pre-recorded session on behavioural interviewing, to maximise this hugely important skill.
    • Pre-recorded session on how to use Chat GPT as a recruiter and an accompanying e-book with broken down examples.

We’re able to lead one or two-day in-person sessions, 90-minute virtual trainings, one-offs, fortnightly facilitations; you name it, we’re open to it! We understand that different groups have preferred methods, so we’re flexible to work in the way that suits you best.

Any training is only as effective as the effort that goes into reflection and implementation. In fact, 70-80% of what is learned is forgotten within 48 hours if proper memory retention measures aren’t in place. For this reason, we help your teams create individual plans to adjust out of old habits and into ah-ha moments, can offer one-to-one coaching based on development goals, and can host group coaching sessions to delve into experiences and challenges of implementing these new ideas, with the support and guidance of a skilled facilitator.
